Win & Nguyen HVAC Installation Process

We will provide you with an honest assessment of your HVAC system before we decide to install a new one. We won’t have you buy a new one unless it is truly a good idea. 

Once we decide it’s time to install a new HVAC system, our process is detailed and efficient.

1. Your outdoor condenser will be placed on a firm support such as a concrete pad weather-proof hard plastic pad to raise it off the ground.
2. Electrical lines will be anchored to the wall to look neat and clean.
3. We will make sure the existing refrigerant lines are cleaned with chemicals, flush them with nitrogen, and pull a deep vacuum to remove air contamination to help with the longevity of the AC compressor.
4. To ensure maximum capacity and efficiency of your AC, we will charge additional refrigerant based on manufacturing guidelines.
5. We perform a standing pressure test to make sure there is not a refrigerant leak.
6. We will make sure that your indoor furnace and evaporator coil are leveled for proper water condensation drainage.
7. We will install new return and supply air plenums with proper fittings and tight sealing to prevent air leakage.
8. We will test if your AC and heating systems are operational and optimized before leaving.
9. We will take photos to show our work.
