Phap is amazing! My fiancé and I had him check the furnace and AC units for a home we are in the process of purchasing, and he did a phenomenal job! He noted that the motors for the furnace are going bad and need to be replaced ASAP. We would not have known about this additional expense otherwise! When we get this home, we will definitely be hiring him to do all our maintenance and servicing for our HVAC!

I have to give a shout out to Win & Nguyen. Phap loaned us 2 portable AC units on the same day we called him Showed up at 7:00 am with a team of 5 people the next day (Saturday). Finished around 11:00am. We purchased an extremely efficient Amana system. Qualified for an instant $1360 rebate from NV Energy AND A $2000 tax credit. Got a 10-year warranty on everything PLUS a 99-year warranty on the compressor (the heart of the system). The attic access hole had to be enlarged, so Phap told me not to worry because he's got a carpenter on standby (no extra charge). From initial call to follow up, Phap and his team were not only professional but clean, courteous and careful. Hard to go wrong with a team who cares that much and prices fairly.

Professional and helpful advice received! I had a problem with a repair on my A/C. In haste we hired a different A/C repair service du to NO A/C on a 110 degree day. The unit was under warrantee and we didn't take the time to find an authorized service company. After the $300 part was replaced and the house was cool I found Win & Nguyen in the authorized dealer directory. I told you that story to say: I called Win & Nguyen and spoke with Phap about the above details. He listened patiently and provided valuable advice on how to handle my situation.
